Excursion (Wednesday, September 16)
A guided tour through the historical Olomouc
Olomouc, often referred to as the city with the second-largest historical reserve in the Czech Republic (after Prague), which includes the Holy Trinity Column, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is definitely worth visiting. Our professional guides will show you the city's highlights and tell you about the history of the second-oldest university in Czechia. In registration form you can choose guide in Czech or in English.
Zoo Olomouc (Svatý Kopeček, the Holy Hill) is located near Olomouc, Czech Republic, housing over 1,700 animals across 350 species, including unique safari-style exhibits and a 32-meter viewing tower. You will need to get there by public transport. An enthusiastic zoologist will welcome us and guide us through the public and backstage parts of the Zoo, founded in 1952.
If you are up for sports activities during the week full of lectures and scientific discussions, you can enjoy a program in Rope centre Proud called EXPERIENCE, suitable for groups who just want to climb rope obstacles, have fun, and relax from work stress. For those who are afraid of heights, we will find another way to enjoy themselves. You will need to use public transport to reach the rope center.
